Our latest completion of 30,000 m2 Maturation Facilities for Chivas Brothers Limited at Balgray, Beith in Ayrshire. The 6 warehouses were completed to the exacting standards required by our client and add to our strong portfolio of work for the food and drinks industry.
The units were delivered as a single, double and triple and handed over sequentially upon completion. This allowed the Chivas Brothers to utilise the earlier facilities whilst the latter ones were still in construction.
Security and segregation of the operating construction site was paramount with the ongoing operations of Chivas Brothers being maintained without disruption.
The nature of these facilities requires focus on the environmental, safety and legislative requirements. Our team worked closely with the Client’s consultant team to ensure that the exacting standards demanded by Chivas Brothers were delivered.
