Lynebank Hospital RLDU

This was the construction of a secure hospital unit with provision for 10 residential bed rooms and associated day care facilities. The internal design was robust and included anti/tamper and anti /ligature devices and demanded a high standard of finish. This building achieved the NEAT Standards the NHS equivalent of BREEAM Excellent.
