Marshall Construction were Principal Contractor for the shell construction of 2 retail units for Dunelm and B&M Home Stores totalling 43,000 sq. ft. including services infrastructure, car parking and concrete service yard.
Major subcontracts included structural steel, cladding, sprinkler system & concrete floors.
Marshall Construction were responsible for managing the construction process. The work scope was defined by the client at tender stage within the Employers requirements and contract documents. Marshall Constructions role was that of Principal Contractor with all the responsibility that comes with that appointment, and we discharged all our obligations and duties under the CDM Regulations.
