Marshall Construction is delighted to welcome nine new apprentices into the company.

Brandon Gilchrist (Joiner), Leo Carrol (Painter & Decorator), Dimitri Rubino-Smith (Painter & Decorator), Grant McDermott (joiner), Sean Lockie (Plumber), Cameron Morrison (Groundworker), Connor Murphy (Groundworker), Owen Lynch (Electrician), Dylan Whyte (Roofing Manager).

All nine individuals have shown a great willingness to learn and with our training, mentoring, development and encouragement we are confident they will have a successful career with the company, creating a new generation workforce.

Robert Marshall, Owner & Chairman of Marshall Construction, said: “We have always recognised the benefits that apprentices bring, and encouraging new recruits into the sector is needed now more than ever as the industry tackles a skills shortage exacerbated by the pandemic”.

“Learning through a mix of practical on-the-job training, while also working towards a formal qualification, the apprentices will see first-hand the different stages of construction development. They will be presented with challenges on-site, encouraging them to develop problem-solving skills, and will be mentored and supported by the Marshall team.”
