The project involves developing two retail units with associated car parking. One unit totalling 20,000 sq. ft. has been pre-let to home furnishing company Dunelm, while the second unit (23,000 sq ft) will be occupied by B & M’s and includes an additional 5,000 sq. ft. garden centre.

Henry Boot acquired the site in 2013, which will also include leisure occupiers as well as retail. A new road will be built on the southern part of the site to facilitate leisure uses.

The retail units are due to be completed in February 2017.
