Marshall Construction have recently completed an 18 unit development in Edinburgh on behalf of Cullross & Hillcrest Housing Association.
This was a Design & Build Contract that involved demolition of existing on-site building and construction of new 3 storey apartment building for 18 residential units, made up of 1 & 2 Bedroom properties, together with the provision of associated vehicular access, servicing, landscaping and related infrastructure.
