We were delighted to have been awarded the contract to construct 19 new Maturation Warehouses for Chivas Brothers Limited at their facility in Balgray, Beith in Ayrshire.
The project comprises 19 new warehouses, 3 – 3 cell buildings and 10 – 2 cell buildings with roads, infrastructure and SUDS drainage pond.
Having recently completed 6 similar warehouses on an adjacent site, this award continues our relationship with both Chivas Brothers Limited and Charles Scott and partners who are Designers and also providing Commercial Management.
