Robert Marshall, Managing Director, Marshall Construction announced the appointment of Douglas Smith to the position of Chief Estimator within the General Building Division. His vast amount of knowledge in estimating and project management, along with a relentless dedication to his team has helped him earn this new position. He will be leading and coaching a team of Quantity Surveyors & Estimators.

Douglas Smith’s broad knowledge of varied Surveying disciplines in the construction industry enabled him to join Marshall Construction in 2002 as a Quantity Surveyor.
