Marshall Construction is now well underway with work on a 74 bed care home in Cramond, Edinburgh. The site in Edinburgh is being developed for Walker Healthcare by Marshall Construction, who won the £7.4m contract by competitive tender via Jones Associates, Glasgow (Chartered Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers).
The 74 en-suite bedroom care home will provide personalised care services for older people and will include a wide range of shared living spaces such as small dining rooms, lounges and activities rooms.
