Marshall Construction is already under way at the new Dens Road development in Dundee, which will deliver a range of affordable tenures (social and mid-market rent) for Hillcrest Housing Association via innovative property developer Cullross Limited. Marshall Construction are building 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the Hilltown, a regeneration area which is close to Dundee city centre. Works commenced on site in July 2015 and expected to be complete in a 12 months contract period.
